Scope
This policy explains what Looloolabs LLC ("Looloolabs," "we," "us") does with information when you visit looloolabs.com or contact us from this site. It does not describe any future application. No Looloolabs application is publicly available.
At a glance
The site's code does not set or read cookies, browser storage, analytics identifiers, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal information. The contact form opens your own email application; it does not send form data to a Looloolabs web server.
Information processed when you visit
Looloolabs has not added analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, or embedded third-party media to this site.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Like other hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process routine request information such as an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, and security signals. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy commitments. Looloolabs has not enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics for this site.
Information you choose to send
The contact form prepares an email in your device's email application. Until you choose to send it, the form content is not submitted to Looloolabs. If you send the email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, topic, message, and the ordinary technical headers added by email providers.
We use correspondence to reply, understand the request, maintain necessary business records, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations. Do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your question.
Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. A deletion request may be limited where retention is required by law or where information remains in routine backups for a limited period.
This website has no user accounts, so Looloolabs does not maintain a website profile for you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can use this informational site without creating an account or directly identifying yourself to Looloolabs, apart from routine request information processed by the hosting provider.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent to us by emailing support@looloolabs.com. Available rights and exceptions depend on where you live and applicable law. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Children
This informational site is not intended to solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact support@looloolabs.com.

Links from this site may lead to services with their own privacy practices. Looloolabs does not control those services. Review their policies before providing information to them.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. A future Looloolabs application will receive a specific privacy notice before public release.
